For parcel delivery to a parcel locker, deliveries in Estonia take 2-4 business days, in Latvia 2-5 business days, and in Lithuania 4-10 business days. Larger orders may take longer due to the need for assembling the products. Additionally, during pre-holiday periods and promotional events, delivery times may be extended by 1-2 days.

Order fulfillment and delivery times range from 15 to 30 business days.

You will receive an SMS notification when the parcel arrives at the locker, with the door code, locker location, return code, and storage deadline.
The lockers operate 24/7 and are usually located near the entrances of shopping centers.
Customers must verify the accuracy of their contact information before placing an order to avoid delays and misunderstandings during delivery. The seller is not responsible for delays and errors in delivery caused by incorrect data provided by the customer.
